  3. Popup Ad Filter (PAF) is a dynamic plug-in for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or higher. It is the first and the only anti-popup product that can block 100% annoying popup ads absolutely automatically while offering much more features! While PAF is running, it tells Internet Explorer to stop all unsolicited windows from being downloaded and appearing but never interferes with user's navigation. Since PAF stops IE from downloading and showing popup ads, unlike most pop-up killers, there's no need to wait while a new window appears and disappears, you won't be disturbed with screen flash and band-width is saved for other running browsers.
